St. Senan's National School Roof Upgrade & Associated Works.

Tender description

Upgrade works to part of the existing roof covering, demolition and extension of entrance roof area, rainwater disposal remediation works, wall cladding and roofing to water tank room, drainage alterations works, and all associated incidental works. The works will be carried out to part of the roof to the existing building. This is a single storey detached primary school and childcare building which will remain in use during the course of the works. The minimum standards for participation in this competition (Suitability Assessment Criteria) are set out at Volume B - Suitability Assessment Declaration. Tenderers must meet the relevant minimum standards in all respects. Prior to preparing and submitting a tender, potential tenderers should first check the criteria and minimum standards set out in the Suitability Assessment Declaration and satisfy themselves that their firms meet those standards. No liability will be accepted by the Contracting Authority for the cost of tendering.
