Tender description

Wales National Pool Swansea (‘WNPS’) and Swansea University (‘SU’) have appointed a single source framework supplier for the provision of a leisure management system and access control for a period of 4 years with scope to enter into a call-off contract for a term of up to 6 years at WNPS and SU discretion, for the provision of a range of leisure management software solutions, supply and install access control equipment, cloud hosting and annual support and warranty services at 2 sites: Swansea University International Sport Village and Swansea University Bay Campus. Wales National Pool Swansea (‘WNPS’) and Swansea University (‘SU’) have appointed a framework supplier for the provision of a leisure management system and access control for a period of 4 years with scope to enter into a call-off contract for a term of up to 6 years at WNPS and SU discretion. The potential for a 6 year call-off is to provide that WNPS and SU retrieve value from potentially significant up-front costs. This will be a framework agreement awarded to a single source supplier. The supplier will provide a range of leisure management software solutions, supply and install access control equipment, cloud hosting and annual support and warranty services. The provision is to meet the requirements at 2 sites: Swansea University International Sport Village and Swansea University Bay Campus.
