Tender description

This procurement follows the innovation partnership procedure and seeks innovative businesses to help UU tackle key industry challenges in innovative ways. The top applicants will win places in UU's innovation lab. The lab is a 10-week programme and participants will co-locate and work with UU to develop, improve, test and demonstrate their idea, potentially in live environments. A supply arrangement may follow. Those meeting the published selection criteria will be invited to put forward ideas (no more than 5), in 4 categories as described below. That means building relationships with businesses who share our vision, ambition and appetite for innovation. The 10-week programme will be run in collaboration with corporate innovation specialist L Marks and successful candidates will be mentored by senior United Utilities business leaders and get access to test and demonstrate your product/service in live customer environments. This year we have 4 categories all with a focus to further accelerate our Systems Thinking plans.
