Tender description
This OJEU notification is for information and relates to an opportunity previously advised for Extracare Care and Support providers at 3 Extracare schemes: Lot 1: Harpers Road Extracare Scheme, Padgate, Warrington (97 units); Lot 2: Mosslands, Gorse Covert, Warrington (49 units); Lot 3: Ryfields Retirement Village, Orford, Warrington (243 units). This notice is to provide notification that Mosslands (Lot 2) has been withdrawn from the above tender, which is still in progress. Lot 1 and Lot 3 continue. Warrington Borough Council invites expressions of interest from experienced Extracare Care and Support providers at the Extracare scheme: — Harpers Road Extracare Scheme, Padgate, Warrington (97 units). We welcome bids for all lots which offer a joint service delivery model and additional economies on cost. Care and support shall be provided in Harpers Road 24 hours per day. We welcome providers which could in addition offer domiciliary care in the local community.
