Tender description
The framework arrangement will allow Middlesbrough Council to use multiple contractor(s) to ensure all types of waste are accepted and processed throughout the period of the contractual agreement. It is anticipated a maximum of 5 contractors will be appointed to the framework for each individual lot. There are 10 lots in total. The framework will operate by the council deciding operationally how best to utilise the service taking into account the contract cost, distance to travel, capacity and availability. The framework arrangement will allow Middlesbrough Council to use multiple contractor(s) to ensure all types of waste are accepted and processed throughout the period of the contractual agreement.
