Tender description

The Embassy of Ireland, Al Khawabi St., Al Safarat، Al Safarat, Riyadh 12513, Saudi Arabia, requires the services of a suitably qualified and licensed security services provider to provide a guarding service and alarm monitoring and response service at the Embassy compound, more particularly to: — provide a security guard for 24 hour service at the Embassy compound to ensure the security of the residents, screen visitors, monitor CCTV (when installed) and respond to threats, — provide guard back-up service including mobile patrols and response team, — receive alarm activations (panic, intruder, fire — when installed) and respond according to a standard protocol to be established between the security services provider and the Embassy, — liaise with Saudi authorities where necessary, — provide ongoing threat assessment and advice in relation to the Embassy compound — residences and chancery — as necessary.
