The PCSP wishes to appoint a suitably qualified individual or organisation to supply a community safety wardens scheme to impact on anti-social behaviour levels within Antrim and Newtownabbey Borough 2019-2022 through the delivery of an on-street presence. Antrim and Newtownabbey PCSP invites you to consider these terms of reference to provide the information and support required to supply a community safety wardens scheme in Antrim and Newtownabbey Borough 2019-2022 to address anti-social behaviour through the delivery of an on-street presence. This scheme should be delivered over the following periods: Year 1: 1.10.2019 – 31.3.2020 Year 2: 1.4.2020 – 31.3.2021 Year 3: 1.4.2021 – 31.3.2022 Tenders should include all associated costs, which may be attributable to the delivery of the scheme.
