Tender description

Tunbridge Wells Grammar School for Boys is a 11-18 secondary school in Tunbridge Wells in Kent with approximately 1 260 pupils. The contract period will be for 3 years initially with the option to extend for 2 further 1 year periods. The contract will be for the provision of outsourced cleaning services to the Client, including daily cleaning and out of term deep cleaning, for spaces including but not limited to teaching, office, circulation, and rest room spaces. Estimated full contract value is expected to be in the region of 480 000 GBP. The services are to be provided at the following address: St John’s Road, Tunbridge Wells, Kent, TN4 9XB.
