Research and consultation services for NMBI’s Customer Charter and Customer Action Plan 2019

Tender description

As stated in the Code of Practice for the Governance of State Bodies State bodies (2016), statutory bodies such as NMBI are required to publish a customer charter and have a customer action plan which outlines the nature and quality of service that customers can expect. NMBI has committed to doing so in 2019. There is an indicative budget of between €30,000 and €50,000 for the deliverable research and consultation element, which is phase one of the project. NMBI wishes to carry out research with our ‘customers’ (the public, our stakeholders and registered nurses and midwives) and requires three distinct pieces of research. We would like to establish: 1. If there is recognition of our name and role as a regulator with the general public; 2. How stakeholders view our role within the health sector and regulation; and 3. The customer service experience of the organisation by registered nurses and midwives.
