Tender description

Requirement was for an electrical contractor to carry out a 5-year electrical inspection and remedial works and portable appliance testing contract. Ayrshire Housing required a suitably qualified electrical contractor to deliver their 5 year electrical inspection and remedial works and portable appliance testing contract. All works to be in accordance with the current edition of the IEE Wiring Regulations(18th Edition). The works comprise the inspection, identification and locating of faults and remedial works to the electrical installations and portable appliance testing within predominantly low rise occupied residential properties which are dispersed throughout Ayrshire.
