Tender description
From time to time it is necessary for Transport for London (TfL) to make planned closures of stations for necessary engineering works and/or improvements. When such closures take place TfL has awarded a framework agreement for the provision of temporary workers to assist customers carrying out their journeys. TfL has awarded a framework agreement for the resourcing, provision and management of Temporary Workers to act as Customer Information Assistants, Luggage Porters and Customer Information Assistant Supervisors during planned LU closures and other planned events.
