Tender description
The Contracting Authority is making preparations for the Annual Early Years Service Profile (AEYSP) 2020. As part of these preparations, the Contracting Authority is exploring alternative platforms that can host and administer the AEYSP survey in 2020 ensuring survey data gathered through the survey can be transferred to Pobal in a format that allows linkage of survey data with administrative data held by Pobal. There are two phases to this Project. Specifically, the Successful Tenderer will be awarded a term contract to: Phase 1: Develop, host and test the a replica of the AEYSP 2019 Survey, and ; if Phase 1 is successful; Phase 2: Develop, host and administer the AEYSP 2020 Survey.
