Portiuncula Hospital Ballinasloe Ward Block Enabling Works

Tender description

Enabling Works are required prior to the construction of the 50 Bed Extension to Portiuncula Hospital. These Enabling Works will comprise of the construction of a new vehicular & pedestrian access, along with alterations to other existing vehicular & pedestrian access and the provision of new hard & soft landscaping areas are also required. The Enabling Works will also include for the supply of services / utlilities such as, electricity, foul & storm drainage, watermain, telecommunications together with underpinning works to existing structures. The existing hospital will remain in operation during the works and the Contractor must confine his operations within the areas in the immediate vicinity of the works being executed at any time.
