However, any selection of tenderers will be based solely on the criteria set out for the procurement. Shropshire Council is seeking tenders for the delivery of community-based sexual health services that incorporates prevention, three levels of sexual health and contraception services and a digital offer. The focus of service delivery will be prevention and self-management in order to create positive health outcomes for the community it serves. Applicants should note that it is considered that the Employee \"Transfer of Undertakings (Protection of Employment) Regulations\" 2006 (\"TUPE\") may apply to this contract. Applicants are advised to seek their own legal advice about the practicality of these regulations.
