Tender description

The tender is to establish a framework agreement for the provision of enterprise level information communication technology solutions (ICT) for hardware, software, programs, applications, security, computer science, managed services, consultancy and associated services. The duration of the framework agreement will be 4 years maximum; 2 years initial period with the option to extend for a further 2 periods of 12 months. HTE is seeking to establish a framework agreement for the provision of enterprise level information communication technology (ICT) solutions for ICT hardware, software, programs, applications, security, computer science, managed services, consultancy, support and associated services. The scope of this framework agreement across 1 (One) Lot includes end-to end offerings of all the below ICT categories, including any other product, service or solution which can be reasonably described as ICT. Hardware solutions to include: audio visual equipment, client devices, data storage, digital technology devices, enterprise servers, furniture, housing and power, networking solutions, peripherals, telecommunication equipment. Software solutions to include: licensing, cloud, software-as-a-service (SaaS), operating software, internet, social media, software development, auditing, testing, software asset management, license optimisation, portfolio management. ICT security solutions to include: hardware, software and application security, browser security, endpoint security, firewalls, forensic investigation and reporting, data security, device management, risk monitoring, governance/compliance management, network security, mobile security, patch configuration/management, penetration testing, risk/vulnerability solutions, security/threat management. ICT technology assisted services to include: consultancy, advisory, education and training, support/maintenance, application services, asset recovery, business continuity, disaster recovery, business intelligence/analytics, deployments, configuration, data destruction, installation, managed services, helpdesk, BPO, project management, security, conferencing, data sharing, unified comms. Computer science solutions to include: automation, machine learning, natural language processing, artificial intelligence, cognitive computing and technologies, computer vision, data mining, data processing/analysis. Terms and conditions/activity based income (ABI): the terms and conditions of this framework agreement and any resulting call-off contract is appended to the ITT. These terms include provisions requiring the payment by the supplier of an ABI management charge in consideration of the award of this framework agreement, the management and administration by HTE of the overall contract structure and associated documentation, as well as the requirement to submit regular management information to HTE. You can access any attachments by clicking buyer attachments in the SQ/ITT Details box. Follow the onscreen instructions to complete the SQ/ITT.
