Newcastle University invites suppliers to bid for the following AV project As part of this new build project at Newcastle Helix, we are creating a new building to accommodate two national innovation institutes (Ageing and Data). We require new audio-visual equipment to be provisioned and installed in the following spaces: • G24 Workshop • G08 Lecture Theatre • Entrance to G08 Lecture Theatre (Information Display) • Reception (Building Information Display) • 1.01 Seminar Room • 1.02, 1.03, 1.20 Huddle Rooms • 1.04 Medium Meeting Room • 1.10-2 Seminar/Viewing Room • 1.21A & B Large Seminar Room • 2.02, 2.03, 2.06, 2.07, 2.13, 2.14, 2.15, 2.31, 2.32 & 2.33 Meeting/Huddle Rooms • 2.25 & 2.30 Medium Meeting Rooms • 3.03 Partnership Office • 3.14, 3.15, 3.16, 3.31 & 3.32 Meeting/Huddle Rooms • 3.26 & 3.30 Medium/Large Meeting Rooms • 4.15, 4.16, 4.40, 4.41 & 4.42 Meeting/Huddle Rooms • 4.14 Boardroom • 4.17 Large Meeting Room This opportunity is only being made available to the suppliers appointed to the "Audio Visual Supply and System Design, Integration and Maintenance" (Lot 2) framework who have confirmed they will tender for work at Newcastle University. The terms and conditions of this framework agreement shall apply to any award made from this procurement process.
