(NU/1484) Provision of Audio Visual Equipment in new Sports Centre (Plot 3)

Tender description

Newcastle University invites suppliers to bid for the following AV project As part of a new build project, we are expanding our Sports Centre. The main contractor who is responsible for the site is Clugston. The supplier will be required to liaise with Clugston regarding access and safety, including attending coordination meetings as required. We require new audio-visual equipment to be provisioned and installed in the following spaces: • A.00.02 • A.00.03 • A.00.06 • A.00.07(7a) Biomechanics Lab • A.00.10(7b) Biomechanics Lab • A.00.11 Gait track • A.00.12 Meeting Room • A.00.18 Performance Clinic • A.00.29 Kitchen • A.00.31 Physiology Laboratory • A01.07 Common Room • A.01.12 • A.01.29 • A.01.32 Office • A.01.34 Meeting Room • A.02.18 This opportunity is only being made available to the suppliers appointed to the "Audio Visual Supply and System Design, Integration and Maintenance" (Lot 2) framework who have confirmed they will tender for work at Newcastle University. The terms and conditions of this framework agreement shall apply to any award made from this procurement process.
