The Environment Agency is seeking offers from suitable organisations for the delivery of a targeted strategic campaign about the impacts of macro plastics to the environment and health of the rivers and seas across the North West. Organisations with the appropriate skills and experience to deliver the project are invited to submit a priced proposal to deliver the required outcomes for the project. Submissions will be assessed to compare project outcomes and overall value for money. Proposals will be considered from individual organisations, including not for profit sector organisations, consortiums or other combined partnership arrangements. The contract will be awarded to the bidder providing the most economically advantageous tender. Full details of the project specification and the information to be submitted to be considered is available for all interested parties to download via the attached link. This is an open tender procedure, there is no requirement to register your interest or complete a pre-qualification stage. Tenders must be returned by the stated deadline.
