Tender description
Nottinghamshire County Council (NCC0) is looking to establish a single provider framework agreement for the managed service provision for a smart ticketing platform. The framework is split into lots: Lot 1: Managed Service for: (i) HOPS and Asset Management System (AMS); (ii) Card and Customer Management System (CMS); (iii) customer facing internet portal; and (iv) training. Lot 2: Card Production Bureau. The framework will run for 4 years, commencing 1.4.2020. The framework will be used by Nottinghamshire County Council and other contracting authorities as defined in Regulation 2(1) of the Public Contracts Regulation 2015 (PCR) namely: Local Authorities (England and Wales), including County, District and Borough Councils. https://www.gov.uk/find-local-council https://local-authority-eng.register.gov.uk/records Managed Service for: (i) HOPS and Asset Management System (AMS); (ii) Card and Customer Management System (CMS); (iii) customer facing internet portal; and (iv) training.
