Tender description
The North East Local Enterprise Partnership (North East LEP) is a public, private and education partnership set up to drive forward economic growth in the North East of England. The North East LEP uses digital platforms as part of its integrated communications strategy to effectively engage the North East business community and is therefore seeking to procure a framework to appoint fully integrated digital agencies to deliver the following key services: • Digital and marketing consultancy and strategy • Creative, web and UX design • Web development • Content production including creative, copy and film • Digital marketing • Website management and maintenance • Website hosting • Analytics, evaluation of website and digital marketing activities The North East LEP would like to invite potential suppliers to attend a ‘Meet the Buyer’ pre-procurement event on Friday 25th October 2019. The event will commence at 10am until 3pm at The Crowne Plaza, Forth Street, Newcastle upon Tyne, NE1 3SA The agenda for the session will be as follows: • Registration including refreshments • Introduction and Background to the North East LEP together with an overview of the proposed framework solution • Presentation on the North East LEP digital platforms • Indicative procurement timeline • ‘Next steps’ in relation to this procurement exercise • Lunch Provided • Detailed question and answer sessions regarding the North East LEP commissioning intentions with the opportunity for suppliers to provide ideas and feedback that the North East LEP may consider or include as part of the proposed framework specification.
