Tender description

You are invited to submit a quote for the provision of MapInfo Subscription Renewal. The scope of which, will comprise of but may not be limited to supply the following services: o Administer PCC's MapInfo Professional estate via a Value Licence Pack (VLP) with Pitney Bowes Business Insights (PBBI). This estate currently stands at 80 MapInfo Professional licences. o The purchases of additional Distributable licences on the VLP, all new licences purchased are to include pro-rated maintenance costs to cover the period to the next VLP renewal date. o The purchase, including maintenance and possible trade-in of Distributable licences to Network licences. o Telephone support - provide details of the different levels of support offered, including SLA's and costs for each level (E.g. Gold, Silver & Bronze support). PCC will decide which level of support best suits the needs of the council and this may vary from year to year. Please provide a quote exclusive of VAT.
