Tourism & Related Services for Concept Development, Preliminary Design, Detailed Design, Tendering and Construction Management Services for the Irish National Heritage Park & Vykingar Village Project. The project is to create, develop and incorporate a new experience ‘Vykingar – Beyond Legend’ into the Irish National Heritage Park to provide a unique visitor experience that is capable of attracting in excess of 150,000+ paying visitors annually. The services requires for this appointment will include the following: o Development of an Interpretation & Audience Engagement Strategy; o Development of an INHP Master plan; o Development of the INHP & Vykingar Strategy & Concept Design; o Preliminary and detailed design services and preparation of tender packages for works and services; o Procurement of Works/Services; o Construction Management, Commissioning and Handover of the completed Works to the Client.
