Tender description
The proposed contract will include, but not be limited to the following activities; Soft strip, mechanical demolition of superstructures, ducts, foundations, drainage, provision of fencing, potential re-use of demolition arisings following crushing to a grading spec and WAC testing certification, and removal of all waste from site to the area outlined within drawing 41103 - LEA12 S80 Demolition Notice Plan. The Contract is expected to start at the beginning of October 2019 and is expected to take approximately 4 weeks from demolition mobilisation to completion. All dates in this notice are indicative.
