Tender description

Cafcass is seeking to engage the services of a suitable Health and Wellbeing Plan Provider to support its award-winning approach to staff health and wellbeing. The plan will need to meet the following requirements: • Access to a range of health and wellbeing treatments which can be claimed for by members of staff up to a maximum benefit limit; • Members to have access to an app for ease of claiming benefits; • National coverage of all the above, to ensure every member of staff from each of Cafcass’s offices across England can benefit from the plan; • As a minimum the Tenderer will provide quarterly reports showing KPI data and service use by area; • Access to an online administration portal to view real time data of members and make changes to staff memberships. • Provision of a range of services which contribute to financial wellbeing such as discounts, reduced rates etc. Keywords: Health and Wellbeing plan, Health and Wellbeing, Staff Benefits
