Tender description

On 1.4.2014 the contracting authority established a 16 lot framework (Framework) for NHS Wales Health Boards re: provision of mental health and learning disabilities services. The tender process establishing the framework provides for periodic 'refreshes'. The contracting authority is now refreshing the framework to: 1) Invite potential providers to tender for appointment onto the framework; and 2) Allow existing framework providers to vary their service offering by revising their prices/adding new units. The framework duration is 1 year from 1.4.2020. Current framework providers are not required to respond to this notice. A Pre-Qualification Questionnaire (PQQ) provides more detail.
