Tender description

CLF are looking for an organisation to bring together a coalition of employers and providers to secure a detailed agreement for sectoral agreements in the health and social care sector. A large part of this work will be focused on stakeholder engagement, and the organisation will be expected to deliver three key outputs: a) Identifying the outcomes which are already measured across boroughs, and working with selected boroughs to synthesise the way that these are measured and recorded. b) Identifying a set of sector-specific desired and measurable outcomes with stakeholders, and working with stakeholders to turn these into an outcomes agreement c) Developing a best practice document based on the delivery of the outcomes agreement which will be shared with other boroughs as guidance for how to develop successful sector-based outcome agreements.
