HCC 10/19 - Framework Agreement for the Supply of Cleaning Chemicals, Soaps and Sanitisers

Herts FullStop (HFS) (the trading arm of Hertfordshire County Council) is the Contracting Authority, acting on behalf of the Participant, Hampshire County Council, is leading on the procurement process to establish a Framework Agreement for the supply of Cleaning Chemicals, Soaps & Sanitisers and is seeking suitably qualified Contractor(s) to supply the Goods under any Agreement resulting from this tendering exercise You are invited to submit your tender for these Goods. This new framework for Cleaning Chemicals, Soaps and Sanitisers will be in the following lots - - Branded Cleaning Chemicals, Soaps and Sanitisers (Lot 1) - Non Branded equivalent Cleaning Chemicals, Soaps and Sanitisers (Lot 2) - Environmentally friendly Cleaning Chemicals, Soaps and Sanitisers (Lot 3) - The Essential Range (Lot 4). The anticipated annual joint expenditure, for Herts Fullstop and the participating authority is presently circa 1.1 million GBP per annum, however the estimated annual range for all customers and all Lots is between ?850,000 and ?1.5 million GBP.
