Framework agreement for the provision of art and craft materials, led by North Eastern Universities Purchasing Consortium (NEUPC) Ltd. This framework is divided into lots. Suppliers may bid for 1 or both lots. Lot 1: Fine Art, Graphic, and Crafting Materials. Lot 2: Art Papers. Items to be procured include, but are not limited to, paints, paint brushes, sketchbooks, portfolios, pens, pencils, pastels, charcoal, inks, adhesives, crafting tools, cartridge paper, card, mountboard, and newsprint.
