Fire, access, security — inspection, servicing and repair The fully comprehensive contract will include the following: — a number of visits to provide preventative maintenance services; inspection and certification services and any other services set out in the specification details for the various alarm, security, lighting and other related systems, — the provision of a 24 hour, 7 day week, 365/6 days a year emergency repair service for the systems as set out in the specification. Lot 1 will cover fire alarm maintenance and reactive works for all fire alarm equipment and related equipment which will include fire alarm, emergency voice, W/C alarms, smoke ventilation, smoke/fire curtains, dorgard, door watch, gas suppression, hearing impaired systems, PAVA, and other related equipment. The fully comprehensive contract will include the following: — a number of visits to provide preventative maintenance services; inspection and certification services, — the provision of services to carry out repairs to the various systems as such repairs become necessary, — the provision of a 24 hour, 7 day week, 365/6 days a year emergency repair service for the systems as set out in the specification. Lot 2 will cover emergency lighting maintenance in line with BS5266. Lot 3 will cover maintenance and reactive works for a few access control systems currently covered under the fire, security alarm maintenance contract. It is envisaged that in future these will be transferred to the access control contract.
