Birmingham City University (BCU) requires the provision of venue(s) and associated services to host the graduation ceremonies from 2023 until 2027, an overview of this is as follows: — 10-14 graduation ceremonies annually, — each ceremony held will attract up to 2100 guests. The contract to be tendered will be for a period of 3 years anticipated to commence on 14.4.2022, and subject to satisfactory performance an option to extend for a further period of 24 months. The contract to be tendered will be for a period of 3 years anticipated to commence on 14.4.2022, and subject to satisfactory performance an option to extend for a further period of 24 months.
