Advance Northumberland acting on behalf of Northumberland County Council is seeking proposals from interested organisations and consortia with the skills and expertise to undertake the necessary background research, to develop creative solutions, produce a town centre investment strategy with delivery mechanisms and a “Green Book” business case for Future High Street Funds (FHSF). This is to be in accordance with the requirements in the specification (A2 attached to this document) and the funding requirements from MHCLG in terms of the national Towns Fund and in the context of the forthcoming Town Deal process.
