Southampton City Council (SCC) are looking to establish a dynamic purchasing system with training providers who can deliver apprenticeships on behalf of the Council for both new and existing staff. SCC are looking to create a new DPS specifically for apprenticeships that ensures all binding documents are appropriate and that the awarding process is in line with funding regulations and allows for the intricacies of apprenticeship delivery and funding.
