Tender description

o To provide 1-2-1- or small group based Mentoring, Counselling and Wellbeing support across the whole range of Impact age groups who exhibit emotional/mental health/behavioural problems which prove to be a barrier to employment. It is considered that one to one support will feature more prominently than group support due to the particular difficulties of the participants. o This support should be delivered on a time flexible basis up to a 10 week period and provide the participant with improved confidence and independence that will allow them to progress to EET status. A support plan should be completed for each participant to establish the delivery pattern over the agreed period.
