Who Speclialist Work With The appointed person will be expected to work closely with members of HEE’s HR & OD Team and the Digital Information teams who will be responsible for the project management of any system implementation or adoption following completion of discovery. You will also need to work with relevant stakeholders across the organisation to understand our identified key user’s needs. What Specialists Work On 1. Review HEE's draft specification for a learning Management and Induction and onboarding system ensuring all users have been taken in to account. 2. Scanning the market to see what products are available to fulfill the specification. 3. Presenting an options appraisal and business case so that a decision can be made on the most appropriate solution. Where the Work Takes Place It is anticipated that the successful bidder will be able to work remotely but meetings with the HR & OD team may also need to take place face to face. Address: Don Valley House in Sheffield and/or Westbridge Place in Leicester and/or Stewart House in London with regular interface and interaction with the business. Early Market Engagement Working Arrangements The supplier is expected to work within a brief provided and alongside the existing HR&OD Team. Suppliers can determine their preferred methodology of discovery activity. Security Clearance Additional T&Cs Skills & Experience Must be able to deliver project within 30 days Experience of delivering a discovery phase in line with GDS Guidelines Analysis and evaluation of existing systems, processes and user journeys Delivering projects for systems with multiple customer groups. Delivering projects at speed with clearly identified deliverables and timescales. Able to identify each stage of the project and what it will include. Experience of extensive testing internally and with end users and clear identification of what this might include. Experience of working on a project that has helped to identify and implement a successful customer focused LMS or Induction and Onboarding System Have demonstrable awareness of the market and emerging technologies Experience of drawing up recommendations and options for and alpha then beta on system projects. Demonstrable evidence of ability to incorporate a range of innovative and cutting-edge technologies to enhance product specifications, resulting in increased functionality and improved user experience. Nice to Haves Demonstrable evidence of working successfully with users in the public sector landscape, preferably the NHS or in similar public services contexts Demonstrate experience in using evidence-based research to inform a user-centred system redesign or implementation, focused on users needs, end-to-end user journeys, motivations and goals.
