Housing 21 is a not-for-profit, leading provider of extra care and retirement housing and services for older people of modest means. We manage over 20 000 properties across England. Our aim is to support independence and choice for older people through the provision of quality housing, care and support. Our aim is to: — provide homes and services that enable people to enjoy a good later life, — help people increase their independence and take control of the services they receive, — bring communities together to create active, supportive environments which value older people. Housing 21 is issuing this expressions of interest to engage with the market and to gather information in order to better understand both the capacity and appetite of the market in delivering Land and Property Valuation Appraisal Services. Housing 21 require qualified supplier/s to be included on a preferred supplier list to carry out RICS (‘Red Book’) valuations in order to comply with Homes England’s Capital Funding Guide for new developments. Housing 21 require three valuations for most schemes as follows: — confirmation of land value, — confirmation of market rents, — confirmation of capital value. Housing 21 are seeking submissions from interested parties who have the capability to fulfil each of the abovementioned.
