SEAI is Ireland’s national energy authority investing in, and delivering, appropriate, effective and sustainable solutions to help Ireland’s transition to a clean energy future. The objective of this Request for Tender ("RFT") was to invite organisations to submit proposals for managing the storage, distribution and stock control of SEAI’s publications and public display materials. SEAI distributes publications and other materials nationwide on a frequent basis. The current level of packages averages 100 per month and these packages may consist of varying numbers of different items. The individual delivery volumes and locations vary greatly and include large one-off deliveries, the preparation of large mail-shots (stuffing and labelling envelopes), packing of tote bags with materials and small, single envelope deliveries. Contract Award Date: 10th September 2019 Estimated value of the Contract: €200,000. Award Criteria: 1- Range and depth of organisation’s relevant experience and quality and level of resources to be applied to the service. Maximum score = 25, (Minimum score required = 15) 2- Demonstrated ability and proposed approach to meeting the requirements, including environmental management and quality standards.
