Tender description
Training for unemployed adults in employment skills and landscaping improvements You are invited to tender for training for unemployment adults in employment skills and landscaping improvements. Central Bedfordshire Council is seeking a provider who will provide structured training and support to unemployed local adults aged 19-65 to improve their employment skills and to carry out landscaping scheme improvements to our housing estates and green spaces. It is anticipated that the successful organisation will be a charity or social enterprise 'not for profit' organisation who provide training opportunities for people who are out of work focused on providing employment opportunities/improving future employment prospects. This contract will start in April 2020 and be for a term of 3 years (plus the option to extend by up to 1 + 1 further years, subject to satisfactory performance and service requirements). Help and Support - The Council will provide as much support and information as it can to help guide you though the Tender process. Questions asked together with the response, will be made available to all firms quoting, to ensure a fair and consistent approach to all. Please review the 'Clarification' tab for any update or responses to any questions raised. Deadline for Expressions of interest and availability of downloading documents Monday 28th October 2019. Completed tenders and attachments should be submitted electronically, by the due date via our 'In-Tend' electronic tendering system. Tenders must be uploaded via the 'My Return' section of the system. Tenders submitted through the correspondence facility will not be considered. Your tender must be submitted via the 'In-Tend' system no later than Noon on Friday 1st November 2019.
