North East Lincolnshire Council aims to achieve the following objectives from this PMC: To learn more about the commercial florist industry, as this is an area that the Authority has limited experience of. To learn from the market what the level of interest would be in managing and operating a florist service. To develop an understanding of how a quality assured, accessible and affordable florist service can be provided at Crematorium Lodge; and understand what social value can be gained from any future florist service.
