Tender description

Tourism and related services for concept development, preliminary design, detailed design, tendering and construction management services for the Irish National Heritage Park and Vykingar Village Project. The project is to create, develop and incorporate a new experience ‘Vykingar — Beyond Legend’ into the Irish National Heritage Park to provide a unique visitor experience that is capable of attracting in excess of 150 000+ paying visitors annually. The services requires for this appointment will include the following: — development of an interpretation and audience engagement strategy, — development of an INHP Master plan, — development of the INHP and Vykingar strategy and concept design, — preliminary and detailed design services and preparation of tender packages for works and services, — procurement of works/services, — construction management, commissioning and handover of the completed works to the client.
