South Yorkshire Housing Association (SYHA) requires the services of suitably qualified and experienced company/ies to provide the Association with gardening and ground maintenance for a variety of SYHA properties. As the Associations’ properties cover a wide area we have broken the contract into 7 areas. Suppliers are invited to quote for as many areas as they wish but must be able to cover all properties within each area they are quoting for. The areas are as follows: Area 1: Barnsley and Normanton; Area 2: Doncaster; Area 3: Leeds and Selby; Area 4: Rotherham; Area 5: Sheffield (south), Chesterfield and Dronfield; Area 6: Sheffield (north); Area 7: Glossop.
