Tender description

The contracting authority, as part of its obligations under environmental legislation, operates an annual water and effluent monitoring programme. This programme includes the sampling of surface waters, section 4 discharge license effluents and groundwater/surface water sampling at a number of historical landfill sites in Co. Kildare. In addition to the planned programme of sampling, there will be additional unplanned samples from water quality related incidents, investigations and/or pollution events. Under this RFT, Kildare County Council is seeking tenders from competent and accredited laboratories to undertake the laboratory analysis of these samples.
