Tender description

The Council requires tenders for the provision of a taxi service, which will include the transportation of children and young people with additional support needs to and from school — service requirements, transportation of children and young people between educational establishments and educational establishment to home, transportation of babies, children and young adults with complex needs and disabilities, general taxi services which will ensure an employee or elected member of South Ayrshire Council to fulfil their official duties and the distribution of food to school establishments. The primary objective is to successfully implement a third generation framework agreement with 1 or more taxi providers to provide transport services for school children young people with additional support needs, other general taxi services for employees, employee clients and elected members of South Ayrshire Council when required to perform their official duties and the distribution of food to school establishments.
