Tender description

The authority requires the services of a specialist Social emotional and mental health (SEMH) inclusive education provider. The authority requires an education provider to deliver education provision in North East Lincolnshire that will meet the needs of these vulnerable children and young people and enable them to reside, thrive and learn within the borough. The authority requires the services of a specialist Social emotional and mental health (SEMH) inclusive education provider. The provider will be required to host and deliver bespoke educational provision in North East Lincolnshire on the Site detailed in the tender documents. These learners will be predominantly (but not exclusively) children who are ‘looked after’ by the authority and have an education, health and care plan or are undergoing a statutory assessment of their special educational needs and/or disabilities (SEND) that would otherwise need to be educated out of the borough due to a lack of suitable education provision within the borough. This is usually as a result of an inability to meet individual needs and/or prior exclusion from existing educational provision in the borough. The authority requires an education provider to deliver education provision in North East Lincolnshire that will meet the needs of these vulnerable children and young people and enable them to reside, thrive and learn within the borough.
