The Royal Borough of Kingston (the Council) is keen to explore options for the future operation of the integrated community equipment service. The council’s aspiration is for an innovative and economically viable service that enables people in Kingston to live more independently at home. This Soft Market Testing objectives are to: i) Inform the strategic direction for the recommissioning of the integrated community equipment service ii) Gather intelligence on market needs and the current provision iii) Hear your feedback and suggestions on potential future models of delivery The council will answer all enquiries via email. The final deadline for queries is 12.00 noon on 18th October 2019. The completed questionnaire must be returned, together with supporting documents no later than 12.00 noon on 30th October 2019 bearing the reference ‘Integrated Community Equipment’ soft market test’ and returned via the London Tenders portal.
