Tender description

The Luton and Dunstable Hospital secured 99 500 000 GBP in Government funding in August 2019 to redevelop the hospital site. There are 2 key elements to the scheme: 1) Critical care: a new 3 story critical care building with office accommodation. Construction anticipated to commence in 2020 and complete 2021; 2) Acute services block: a new 5 story building housing a delivery suite, maternity wards, neonatal unit, and operating theatres. Construction anticipated to commence in 2021 and complete 2024. The total value of the scheme is circa 125 000 000 GBP.
