Replacement Flat Roofing Works (5-Year Programme)

Tender description

Raven Housing Trust is seeking a Supply Partner for the replacement of flat roofing with roofline ancillary works, to be undertaken over a 5 year period starting April 2020. All old roof covering needs to be removed including all old flashings etc. Once removed the condition of the deck needs to be checked all damaged areas removed and replaced. Full replacement of deck where large areas have been damaged. The falls to the roof surface also need to be checked to ensure there is no water laying on new roof covering. All timber fascia are to be removed and new fascia soffit and guttering in UPVC. Fitted where the flat roof occurs so there is no future disturbance of the new flat roof covering.
