Tender description
In accordance with a number of European Directives on the energy performance of buildings and the Energy Performance of Buildings Regulations 2007, the Council / other organisations are legally required to produce a valid energy performance certificate (non-Domestic EPC) every time housing properties are to be let to a new tenant or sold.
