Prior Information Notice for Requirement for the supply New Property Sales CRM Software. Please note that this opportunity is published on the Proactis housing procurement portal (please see link below under additional details). The notice reference is DN440320. All enquiries and communications must be submitted via the Proactis portal. Direct approaches to Accent Housing Ltd and / or its employees will be rejected. Accent Housing Limited, a Registered provider of Social Housing, owns almost 22,000 houses across the north, east and south of England. They are home to over 35,000 customers. As part of our Development and Growth strategy Accent has committed to building 2500 homes over the next 5 years, a proportion of which are to be sold on the basis of shared or full ownership to subsidise further growth. In order to support our Sales and Marketing operation, under the auspices of market engagement, we would like to invite established suppliers of new property sales CRM software to attend designated supplier days and showcase their products. Please note that a MoSCoW technical specification is included in the documentation pack that accompanies the notice on Proactis. It has been determined that in order to be eligible to attend a supplier's product must already demonstrably meet at least 25 of the 29 stated "Must Have" criteria set out in that document. Due to the requirement for the system to handle shared as well as full ownership property sales, this is most likely to be in a Social Housing setting. The supplier days are 20 and 21 November 2019. Sessions will be offered at 09: 30 - 11:00; 11:15 - 12:45; 13:15 - 14:45 & 15:00 - 16:30 and will be allocated on a first come first served basis. Once all slots have been allocated the engagement exercise will be deemed to have ended. Following the market engagement process, dependent upon the outcome of the engagement exercise, Accent will either move to launch a formal competition, or, if only one supplier can clearly meet our requirements and is a member of a suitable framework, in the interests of expediency we reserve the right to direct award via that framework.
