New applications are now being accepted for the panel of specialists to assist in the development, review and maintenance of CSCS and QSCS syllabi, curricula and assessments for the SOLAS Construction Services Unit. SOLAS is establishing a panel of specialists (the “Specialist Service Panel Tender List” or “SSPTL”) from which contractors will be selected to provide the services listed below as the need arises. It is anticipated that this panel will be operational until July 2023, subject to demand and budget. Members of the Subject Matter Expert and Programme Developer Panel will be engaged to: 1) Develop, review and update technical curricula content 2) Develop, review, update and validate programme assessments 3) Provide advice on the technical content of the CSCS and QSCS programmes 4) Develop and update programmes in accordance with SOLAS training specifications 5) Provide training to SOLAS approved trainers 6) Provide expertise on RPL applications received by SOLAS
