North of England Commissioning Support (NECS) are working for, and on behalf of, NHS South Tyneside Clinical Commissioning Group (CCG), to conduct market engagement to obtain input and feedback as part of the development of a potential service model for the provision of a No-Scalpel Vasectomy Service. North of England Commissioning Support (NECS) is utilising an electronic tendering tool (In-Tend) to manage this process. Following review of the RFI responses, should the commissioner feel that further benefit can be gained by holding 1-1 sessions, these will be held week commencing 28 October 2019.
